David has over 30 years experience in Electronic Integrated Security Alarm, Access Control and CCTV Systems. His expertise covers the principles of security risk management, customs and immigration security, perimeter security systems, street surveillance and project management both in Australia and overseas.  Since the early 1980’s David has designed, installed and serviced major Government and Agency establishments with Grade One and Type 1 systems. As an Integrated Security Advisor David has designed and implemented Electronic Integrated Security Alarm systems, Access Control and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems for a number of mission critical facilities. David’s extensive experience includes the testing and evaluation of various security systems and components as well as the training of technicians, end users, and various government agencies in the use, vulnerabilities, capabilities and capacities of different systems and security components. David has also been at the for front of design standards for Defence TS Facilities including in and out US Standard SCIF’s, VTC rooms, briefing rooms, defence office accommodation, bases and laboratories, data centres and major operational centres including mobile containerised solutions and modular rooms
.

Paul Morberger

Paul has 20 years of experience in Electronic Integrated Security Alarm, Access Control and CCTV Systems. His expertise covers the principles of security risk management, design, through to delivery including project management of security solutions.
Paul has been involved in the design of major Government and Agency security including Type 1 systems since 2001. Whilst at Honeywell Paul’s National role was as the lead of the Type 1 and Type 1A solutions to the Commonwealth Government.  This included mission critical facilities, Defence TS Facilities including US Standard SCIF’s, briefing rooms, Defence Office accommodation, Data Centres and Operational centres.

Matthew began his engineering career in 2008, gaining a traineeship role with a Canberra-based engineering firm during his studies. There he gained valuable building services experience, where his roles included electrical building services design and documentation of lighting, power, fire detection, communications and security systems. In subsequent years, this experience has extended to physical security, including construction, commissioning and witness testing.
Matthew’s passion sits firmly in the space of Protective Security, having achieved national accreditation to enable him to advise and design security controls for both Defence/Commonwealth Government (SCEC) and security-enhanced radioisotope storage and transport (RadSec).
Matthew has developed experience nation-wide, having lived in NT, NSW, ACT and VIC during his career, assisting him to understand and adapt his designs to ensure they remain suitable for local conditions.
Matthew has considerable experience across a wide range of private, Federal Government & Defence projects, all requiring detailed knowledge of the Protective Security Policy Framework, ASIO T4 Technical Notes & Defence Standards, and has considerable practical experience in applying these security requirements to achieve the required client capabilities within the constraints of the security environment.
Matthew has worked alongside Forcefield Services since 2012, culminating with him joining the team in June 2018.

Tim Andrighetto
Security and Risk Consultant

Tim has 20 years of experience in electronic security, access control, CCTV and duress systems including design, installation, project management and system budgeting. Tim commenced his career in the security industry as an electronics apprentice and after owning and operating a number of successful security and healthcare integration companies Tim is now applying his knowledge and experience to the field of Security Consultancy. Tim’s consultancy services include the design, management and certification for physical construction and electronic systems, including zone 2, 3, 4, and 5 areas for new and existing fit out projects. 
Tim has been involved in a number of major State and Federal Government security works including education, law enforcement and healthcare and has a strong background in clinical duress and messaging systems.
Having completed a number of major security and healthcare technology designs and implementations for clients such as Rio Tinto, Charles Sturt University, NSW and ACT Health Departments, and State Law Enforcement, Tim has joined Forcefield Services as a Trainee Security Consultant.

Robbee Carr

Project Manager


Robbee has over 25 years of expertise in Electronic Integrated Security Alarm, Access Control and CCTV Systems. His expertise covers the principles of security risk management, design, through to delivery including project management of security solutions.

Robbee has been involved in the design of major Commercial and Industrial security solutions including Access control, Intruder alarms, Video and Intercom systems since 1990. He has performed in major roles as State Sales Manager for ADT Security (NSW), National Major Clients manager and National BDM for Consolidated Security Systems and more recently providing solutions as  Regional manager for major global logistics companies such as FedEx, TNT, DHL Supply Chain and Express with national footprints in Australia.

Robbee has recently joined Forcefield Services in July 2017, as a Trainee Security Consultant and is complementing his wide experience by establishing his working knowledge for the design and management through to certification for physical construction and electronic consulting works, including zone 2, zone 3, zone 4, and zone 5 areas for new and existing fit out projects.

The works are in accordance with the guidelines and established minimum standards of the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), the ASIO T4 construction notes and Threat Assessments as he works towards achieving his SCEC endorsement.

This work has included advice and design reviews for building services, writing and review of physical and technical specifications and drawings, through to witness testing and reporting.

Luke Jamieson
Security and Risk Advisor

Luke is an experienced, practical and outcome focused professional with a combined 13 years of experience in the Military and Government Security. This extensive experience, both internationally and domestically, covers a diverse range of private industry sectors and includes all facets of Federal and State Government offering clients confidence by demonstrating a robust understanding of security threats and risk mitigation strategies.

Luke’s depth and breadth of experience includes but is not limited to; security and risk management strategies across infrastructure assets and security risk management planning and strategic security advice. Thus, providing a fundamental insight of the potential security threats to personnel, critical operations, information or assets while evaluating the associated risks. Importantly however, this experience is overlaid with a fundamental understanding of strong and robust security strategy to ensure the alignment of operational requirements and business strategies.

Luke’s proven success is a result of a range of strengths which he brings to Forcefield services. These include; excellent interpersonal and influential communication skills, contemporary security policy and governance experience and complex project management of strategic security and risk management strategies across infrastructure assets and security risk management planning.

Stephen McGilchrist
Ballistics and Unload Bay Specialist
Our professional adviser for unload bays and ballistics is Stephen McGilchrist, who is one of Australia's leading experts in this specialised field

Stephen has over twenty five years’ experience with all aspects of firearms and munitions relating to repair, manufacturing and deployment. He has studied firearms, ammunition manufacturing and range construction within the United States and Europe. Stephen was the former commander of the Police Armoury and Bomb Disposal Units within the NSW Police.  Within these roles he has provided advice on containment of ammunition and explosives to both the Police Force and outside bodies.

He has been the firearms and ammunition technical advisor to the NSW National Parks for twenty years.  In this capacity he has provided advice on the construction and legislation relating to the construction of live firing ranges.  He has also consulted on the construction and upgrading of a number of live firing ranges for the NSW Corrective Services.  These include the construction of an indoor range and chemical munitions range.

Don is a recognised leader in the field of security management and analysis with over 80 articles, chapters and other publications on security, risk and emergency management. Don has 30 year’s experience in security consulting.
